• Failure analysis: To determine the weak link, we analyze the structural capacity and condition in contrast with loading conditions at the time of failure.
• Feasibility studies: Particularly helpful for changes in usage/loading or additions/changes to the structure itself, this review of the existing structure determines the allowable capacity of the structure before and after modification. It is followed by a structural analysis of the new loading conditions applied.
