Our management group consists of six partners. First and foremost engineers,
the six remain involved on a continuous basis with clients and projects.
Kelly Hearson, B. Sc. (C.E.) P. Eng. is senior management partner of
the firm. He joined in 1979 and specializes in the assessment and remediation
of structures - in particular their defects, deterioration, and duress.
John Miller, B. Sc. (C.E.) P. Eng. has been with our firm since 1980,
and practices in the areas of structural design and structural assessment. John
provides significant expertise to the insurance industry and to the legal profession
as an expert witness.
George Graham, C.E.T. joined the firm in 1975. In addition to managing
office production George is involved in the management of large projects. He is
also involved as a peer reviewer in the majority of our projects on a day-to-day
basis.
Rob O'Toole, B. Sc. General, B. Sc.(C.E.), P. Eng. has been a member
of Crosier Kilgour & Partners since 1985. Rob typically manages larger projects
and is involved with the insurance industry on a routine basis. Rob also has a
well-developed expertise in foundation issues.
John Wells, M. Sc., (C.E.) P. Eng. came to the firm in 1990. John has
extensive experience in the assessment and remediation of structural duress or
deterioration. John also practices in the areas of assessment and remediation
of building envelopes and cladding.
Tom Malkiewicz, C.I.M., P. Eng. has been with our firm since 1993. Tom
specializes in the design and management of large and/or complex projects and
brings a high level of expertise to the process of design and project delivery.
While the partners have developed areas of specialized expertise, we are all
routinely involved in widely varying structural issues. The partners interface
continually with each other, which allows for constant exchange of expertise.
