Structural Restoration
Much like balconies and parkades, structures are subject to deterioration. The reasons for this decay can vary significantly: chemical attack, thermal cycling and frequent vibrations are often found to be the root cause. Repair of these structures can be challenging due to the nature of their harsh or unique environments, the logistics of working in a functioning space or the hidden and potentially dangerous hazards presented by design errors, construction mistakes or poorly implemented renovations.
