229 Wellington Crescent
For decades, this property remained vacant, long considered too difficult a site to support development of any kind. However, an 11-storey luxury condominium is now rising on the site, once the instability of the riverbank encroaching within the building footprint and complex structural issues were properly addressed by our firm.

Aspen Meadows Condominium Complex
A two building, four-storey complex with a total of 116 units has a combined construction value of $20M. A large underground parkade links both buildings.

Canad Inns Club Regent Hotel
Connected to the Club Regent Casino, this six-storey hotel with two-storey conference, banquet, and pool facilities was completed in 2001 at a cost of $11M.

Dauphin Recreational Centre
A combination of 3,000-seat hockey facility, a six-sheet curling rink and Manitoba’s only wave pool and waterslide park, this regional destination spot is extremely successful.

Dominion Malting
Over a period of 10 years, upgrading and modernization has included reconfiguration of and addition to the original 1970s fleximalt plant, reconfiguration of the original 1929 germination drum rooms and the construction of a state-of-the-art German-manufactured dual circular kiln. Total construction cost is in excess of $40M.

Manitoba Hydro Control Centre
This 73,000-square foot, two-storey storey structure houses a control centre and approximately 30,000 square feet of office space. It was designed to withstand the environmental effects of a Category Four tornado.

McPhillips Street Station Casino
This turn-of-the-century railway station-themed entertainment facility and casino with multiple and two-storey spaces was completed in 1999 at a cost of $28M.

Milner Ridge Correctional Facility
This new medium-security facility is planned with 76 double-bunk cells with a future expansion capability for another 152 inmates. The first phase of this $34M project includes kitchen and eating areas for the new building and the existing facility on site.

Norway House School
A Kindergarten to Grade 12 school built for the Norway House Cree Nation, this facility was completed in 2002 at a cost of $32M. The campus incorporates classrooms, two gymnasiums, industrial arts and life skills teaching labs and provisions for future interconnection to an aquatic centre. The project also included teacher residences.

University of Winnipeg, Richardson College for the Environment (Design Ongoing)
This sustainably-designed project encompasses new laboratory and classroom space designed for the study of the sciences and the environment. The facility will incorporate a large central atrium to direct natural daylight into the central areas of the facility.

The Royal Canadian Mint, Winnipeg, Manitoba
Completed in 1974, this landmark structure, tendered in phases, showcases large glazed facades and towering interior spaces. Floors, which are designed for loads of up to 2,500 pounds per square foot are used for the storage and manufacturing of coinage.

Sheraton Four Points Hotel
This 132-guest room and guest suite hotel, completed in 2000, is connected to the Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport by a suspended walkway system.

West Kildonan Collegiate
Completed in 2007 at a cost of $15M this school includes over 30 classrooms, gymnasium, resource areas, industrial arts, band room and art facilities as well as a daycare wing.

Winnipeg Football Stadium (Design Ongoing)
With a proposed capacity of 35,000 fans, expandable to 40,000 seats for special events, the schematic design has been completed for this future home of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.
